Therese (Dessert 1904). Lactiflora; a pink, not particularly fragrant double with enormous, long petals of pale translucent, old-rose pink, paling towards the base and illuminated by a golden yellow glow in the depths. Floriferous with strong, 80 cm tall stems. Heavy foliage. Truly splendid in form, texture and color. She is supreme for exhibition, but well-developed flowers are too heavy for the stems outdoors, particularly when it has rained is support of the stems necessarily.
Mr. B.H. Farr (Farr 1955). Japanese; a deep old-rose single with large outstanding tuft of brownish red with white tips. Stems are 100 cm, flowering late.
La Donna (-). Lactiflora; this pink double has two rows of pink petals with amongst it the light yellow stamens. This good grower is lightly scented, and the strong stems are amongst a dark green bush that stays good until even in the fall.
Joker (Landis/Rogers 2004). Hybride; a beautiful dark pink, open double. When it first opens, the petals are pink with darker edges that mature to white centers and a pink picotee on the tips. The stems are 80 cm tall and she flowers in the early midseason.
