Delivery
Ordering is easy, fast and self-explanatory. You can order all year round. However, on 15 September of each year, the ordering window for that year closes. You may, without any reason, cancel your order until September 1 of each year. Your order will be delivered between September 15th and the end of October and will be delivered by parcelservice. That period is also the best period to replant your order (October/November).
In general; the earlier your order is made, the less likely it may be the variety of your desire is already sold out.
Orders received after September 15, might be delivered the next year.
You can safely pay directly via Paypal or by bank transfer. You then are assured that your order of peonies are reserved.
For individuals applies:
Your ordered peonies are of size 3/5 (for explanation, see “FAQ”), are all labeled with name and are accurately packed. Your eventual previous order can be upgraded until the latest ordering date (15 September of each year).

A delivery to USA and Canada requires a Phytosanitarian Certificate. This is an agricultural health inspection (à Eur 125,-) and is, for those countries, mandatory. The prices mentioned are without this certificate.
For companies applies:
We would like to have a personal contact with you. Via email or by telephone we gladly talk about the possibilities for your eventual order such as warmwatertreatment, packing, and af course, for counselling.
Payment:
The total price including sending fees can be paid directly via Paypal or bank transfer. After payment your order is final. We realize that it is not customary to pay before delivery, however, after many times of being taken advantage of, we feel we had to safeguard ourselves for disappointment. Hence this standard; we count on your understanding. If your order is cancelled your payment will be refunded at the latest within 30 days.
After September 15 you’ll receive an email about your order and the expected week of delivery. In October, you’ll receive an e-mail containing the exact delivery date.
Warranty:
Peonies are a product of nature. In this context, it might be difficult (there are many causes of not growing / flowering of a peony) to determine the cause of these causes. However, we believe that everyone should be awarded to enjoy this wonderful plant. When you have any problems, please feel free to contact us. Together we’ll find a solution. After 2 years, a peony is completely acclimatized and therefore after this period no reclamations are possible.
